**About Us**:
At Atlas Chiropractic and Body Balance, we are a compassionate chiropractic clinic dedicated to improving our patients’ health and well-being. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the clinic
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when needed
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar
- Maintain patient records and process new patient paperwork
- Process payments and insurance verifications
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or as a receptionist preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Experience in the healthcare or chiropractic field is a plus, but not required
- Availability for Thursday, Friday and Saturday shifts.
