**About The Role**

We are searching for a result driven Client Relationship Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening our company’s relationship with a portfolio of clients.

**About You**

You should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp a client’s needs and discover solutions on how to fulfill those needs. An experience in customer service and knowledge of factoring is a big plus. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships. Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our clients.

**Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities**
- Serving as the main and first point of contact for our clients.
- Learning the needs of clients and developing plans to meet them within the scope of our policies and practices.
- Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they're satisfied.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to provide services that ensure the satisfaction of clients with the company's services.
- Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
- Performing regular audits of clients’ portfolios to find potential risks.
- Keeps clients up to date on the state of their portfolios.
- Ensuring clients are being funded daily in a timely manner in accordance with company’s guidelines.
- Attending client meetings, as necessary.
- Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization’s financial performance.
- Maintaining up-to-date and complete client files.
- Monitoring portfolio indicators on a weekly basis.
- Ensure credit policies and procedures are followed according to the established guidelines and applicable legislation.
- Reviewing and understanding inventory, audit, financial, 3rd party reports that pertain to the maintenance of your portfolio.

**Client Relationship Manager Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, client relations, or another business-related field, is preferred;
- 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Relationship Manager in a financial environment;
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills is a must;
- A customer-oriented attitude;
- Negotiation skills and advanced customer service skills to remain personable with clients to build relationships;
- Team building, collaboration abilities, and strong problem-solving skills to help clients overcome any obstacles; developing solutions that enhance the clients' efficiency.
