Formerly The Altered Nation, we are a busy Cannabis store located in the heart of Collingwood. As the “face” of our business, our staff strive to maintain an excellent reputation while providing the most knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers that we can. We are looking for dynamic, outgoing sales staff who are responsible and hard-working as well as excited to represent our shop.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?**

To be successful, you’ll need to possess:

- A “customer comes first” attitude
- Experience and/or knowledge in the Cannabis industry
- An ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, as well as understand and meet their needs
- An understanding of retail operations such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
- An ability to achieve sales goals in accordance with daily sales targets
- An eagerness to learn about new products in an ever-evolving environment
- A team player mentality as well as a strong desire to contribute to the shop’s success
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor

MUST be 19+ and willing to work evenings/weekends/holidays

*An up-to-date Criminal Record check and Cannsell Certification are required before first shift*

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

COVID-19 considerations:
High traffic areas disinfected frequently.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
