Crematorium Transfer Driver

**Experienced Crematorium Transfer Driver Needed**:

North Toronto Crematorium, a new crematorium dedicated to providing dignified and respectful cremation services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crematorium Transfer Driver to join our team.

Start Date: As soon as available

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with operators and admin staff to prepare routes for the day
- Examining paperwork to make sure all is completed and fully compliant, per the FBCSA.
- Performing Pickup and Drop offs for our funeral home partners.
- Representing North Toronto Crematorium and its values at Partner Facilities & on the roadways.
- Ensures the completed and legal paperwork is handled and communicated to the admin and operator staff
- Ensures that the vehicles in the fleet are maintained and communicate any maintenance needs.
- Transporting and delivery of cremation containers to partner funeral homes.
- Ensures the proper handling, dignity and respectful treatment of human and cremated remains at all times.
- Adherence to all workplace safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Funeral Sector Transfer Driver. ( Funeral Home, Transfer Service, Crematorium etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a committed team.
- Compassionate and respectful demeanor, with a strong work ethic.
- Valid G class driver's license
