**Incident Management**: Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, uncover root causes, and drive corrective actions. Partner with HR on Return to Work programs.

**Training & Communication**: Deliver impactful safety training and communications. Develop task-specific competency assessments and serve as a trusted HSE advisor.

**Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain meticulous records and produce insightful reports on safety performance metrics.

**Technical & Regulatory Support**: Liaise with regulatory bodies, oversee equipment inspections, and ensure compliance with specialized safety protocols.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with OSHA 511
- A valid driver’s license and passport, with the ability to travel across Canada and the U.S.

- A proactive mindset that anticipates risks before they arise
- The ability to translate complex regulations into actionable programs
- A collaborative spirit that builds trust across departments and with external stakeholders
- Experience delivering hands-on training in both classroom and field environments
- A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in safety practices

**What We Offer**
- ** Growth & Development**: Significant opportunity to shape the role and build capabilities for future strategic initiatives
- ** Flexible Work Environment**: Hybrid work model with flexibility to support our distributed workforce
- ** Impactful Work**: Direct contribution to sustainable energy solutions
- ** Competitive Package**: Comprehensive benefits, RRSP matching, and professional development opportunities
