**What we’re looking for from You**
- **Belief in your unique talent**
- **Passion in creating long-lasting relationships with team members and clients**
- **Ability to customize and prioritize clients’ needs through participative listening**
- **2 Years minimum hair training required**
- **Motivation and willingness to learn and implement new and specialized techniques in line with industry standards and trends**
- **Drive to grow Pro Haircare & Salon client base through education and promotion of services**
- **Strong desire to be a team player by upholding the cleanliness and operating standards of the Salon’s working environment**
- **Must be an excellent communicator, team player, and self-starter with the ability to take on managing multiple tasks within a shift**
- **Social Media experience is an asset**
