Our collaborative network includes practitioners, specialists, allied health professionals, and healthcare administrators, all working together to provide exceptional care. **About the Role: Medical Office Assistant** The Primary Plus Medical Clinic, located in the vibrant Chaparral community, is seeking a full-time MOA to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of patient care coordination—scheduling appointments, managing physician calendars, communicating with patients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations. Your role will be vital in helping us deliver timely, organized, and compassionate care to every patient who walks through our doors. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage both internal and external phone lines, ensuring calls are directed to the right team members - Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments, tests, and follow-ups, keeping physician schedules organized - Greet patients and guide them to the appropriate resources and services - Maintain and update patient records in our electronic medical system - Accurately measure and document vital signs for each patient - Share collected information with the medical team to ensure coordinated care - Perform administrative tasks and clerical duties to support the clinic’s operations - Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies and equipment - Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies, placing orders as necessary **What You Bring to the Table** - A Medical Secretary, Medical Office Assistant, or Unit Clerk diploma is preferred - Experience with Accuro and Connect Care is a strong asset - A solid understanding of medical terminology and record maintenance - Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills - Previous experience handling confidential information and knowledge of data privacy laws **What We Offer** At Satori, we’re committed to supporting the well-being of our team.
