**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems, including QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment.
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position; medical or dental office experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence is essential.
- Customer service experience is highly valued; ability to provide support with a positive attitude is crucial.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
