The Spa Concierge provides a combination of Hostess, Receptionist and Aqua Path Attendant duties for all arriving clients and throughout their services in accordance with the Living Shore Spa’s Standards of Service and Health & Safety Protocols

**Duties include**:
1. Demonstrate through their own behaviour the 4 Core Values of Caring, Character, Chemistry and Competency in providing a fun and caring environment for our guests and clients and fellow team members.

2. The position is a combination of duties that consist of Hostess, Receptionist and Aqua Path Attendant.

3. Assist in greeting arriving clients, reconfirming the services booked and the health & safety protocols in place.

4. Assist in answering incoming phone calls, promoting our various services and booking appointments.

5. Promote and sell our retail products.

6. Ensure adequate linens, towels and guest supplies are stocked throughout the various areas of the Spa including treatment rooms, changerooms, showers, Aqua Path and various storage areas.

7. Assist in collecting all dirty towels, linens, robes to be taken to the laundry department and clean laundry returned to the Spa.

8. Cleaning duties throughout the Spa as required.
- 9. Act as a host for Aqua Path clients guiding them through the experience and maintaining all health & safety protocols and standards as well as the client’s comfort in the area.

**Qualifications**
- Work experience in a Spa environment an asset
- Passion for excellent customer services skills
- Possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and have a strong ability to prioritize.
- Good oral and written communication skills

**Working Conditions**
- Works the majority of the time indoors
- Must be able to bend, reach, lift at least 25-30lbs
- Must be able to walk and stand for an average of 7-8 hours per shift
