**DUTIES & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIE**S**
- Supervisory role with review of coding and entry of Accounts Payable invoices.
- Review of Company-wide gift certificate program and liability.
- Gift Card Processing for PayPal transactions.
- Weekly/Bi-weekly cheque runs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors
- Resolve vendor queries.
- Assisting Accounting Manager with the timely and accurate preparation of month end draft financials, ready for presentation to Director of Finance.
- General ledger analysis and working papers.
- Intercompany balances reconciliation with Accountants and Accounting Manager.
- Reconcile and resolve payment errors and discrepancies.
- Assist with any accounting enquiries and resolutions
- Prepare aging reports and monitor vendor accounts
- Review of bank reconciliations.
- Fixed Assets tracking and reconciliation for development projects.
- Assist with any accounting enquiries and resolutions.
- Completion of daily flash reports for key stakeholders.
- Analytical and special project reporting as required.
- Maintain records in compliance with current legal requirements.
- Coach, supervise and mentor other accounting team associates to encourage growth and career progression.
- Conduct business operations with the objective of minimizing expenses.
- Deliver direction to all involved to maintain highest level of consistency and adherence to company culture and polices.
- Provide ambassadorship for the company by positively representing it within head office, venues, and at company events;
- Maintain professional dress standards and acceptable hygiene standards when representing the company.
- Compliance with Concorde Standard Operating Procedures
- Other administrative duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Previous experience in a similar role with demonstrated success (at least 3 years)
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Working knowledge of general accounting principles
- Degree in Accounting or related Field
- Experience in SAGE/NAV ERP is an asset
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Well organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify, analyze and solve technical and theoretical problems
- Advanced writing and grammatical proficiency
- Recognized ability to build and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with staff at all levels
- Integrity, discretion and judgment with tact and diplomacy on confidential matters
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
