**YOUR ROLE**

**Overview**

As an IT Business Analyst - Supply Chain, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the Supply Chain, documenting the requirements and potential solutions for them, as well as participating in validations until the implementation of the new solution. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily activities while providing adequate support to the various supply chain teams (Corp. Planning & inventory, DC Ops & Logistics, Transport, Customs) by liaising with key project stakeholders in various functions and act as the primary contact for any issues.

**Responsibilities**
- Develops and deploys business solutions and tools to support supply chain operations.
- Analyze the needs of the Supply Chain, document the requirements and potential solutions for them, as well as participate in the validations until the implementation of the new solution.
- Participates not only in the various continuous improvement initiatives but also in future systems projects, providing suggestions focused on the performance and optimization of supply chain activities.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily activities while providing adequate support to the different supply chain teams (Corp. Planning & inventory, DC Ops & Logistics, Transport, Customs).
- Participates and collaborates in the integration of new wholesale customers.
- Ensure the integrity of the systems: support of the different SAP modules (FMS/ECC, GTS, EWM) and other related systems (3PL Freight and WMS).
- Work with internal and external teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Supports cross-functional collaboration with other projects or programs to validate business requirements.
- Updates system performance and sustainability indicators in dashboards.

**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- 7+ years SAP ERP experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA.
- Experience with multiple SAP modules: MM/EWM.
- Experience in designing the system for following business processes such as Flow Through / Cross Docking - Inbound Processes (GR, Direct Put away, Put away Rules & Strategies). Outbound Processes (GI, Storage Control, Packing), Internal processes (Replenishment, ATP)
- Hands on Experience in SAP MM/EWM with at least two implementation projects SAP ECC/ S4 HANA.
- MM/EWM business processes understanding with S4/ HANA
- Experience with IDOCs.
- SAP certification(s) is a plus.
- Integration experience with third party WM/EWMS system, mobile and RF solution is a plus
- Demonstrable ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high stress environment with changing priorities.
- Self-managing and self-motivating; able to meet customer achievements and expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group, executives, managers, and domain authorities.
- Good understanding of the AGILE methodology and the systems development life cycle

Job Requirements:
