**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answering phones, and greeting customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Preparing project estimates for customers in close coordination with Sales staff
- Make delivery arrangements with customers and coordinate shipments with transport companies
- Make travel, meeting, and other arrangements for Sales staff and Management
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Management and other staff when required
- Receive and process customer payments
**Job Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Highly motivated and willing to work overtime
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical knowledge and understanding
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Team mentality and a positive attitude with the ability to be self-directed
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Grade 12 along with post-secondary education in office administration would be an asset
