**PURPOSE OF JOB**:
The Content/Pricing Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the pricing accuracy for the business. You will provide support in our promotional program execution, including data-entry, flyer/digital/in-store advertising accuracy, inventory management, store communications and retail pricing**.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage new product listings, costing, deals and discounts.
- Sort for buyers, who then authorize pricing. Send pricing to Pricing Department to update our data base and communicate pricing to stores.
- Create batches for pricing changes and promotions on a daily basis
- Retail Changes: Manage retail cost changes from vendors
- Deals: Set up promotions and allowances for certain periods allowed by vendors. Communicate through vendors on forms.
- Maintain pricing at store level.
- Flyer Management: Collect advertised specials from buyers and enter into Ad Agency database.
- Proof read flyer pages.
- Create pricing batches for flyer items.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- Post-Secondary education preferred or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in areas such as vendor and pricing.
- 1-3 years’ experience in grocery retail an asset
- Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Howell Data Systems, Inventory Maintenance and Nex POS and MS Office.
