**About the Position**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- This is a high visibility leadership position that requires coordination of corporate, sales, and operational resources to manage the day-to-day operations of two locations in Fort Saskatchewan and Nisku, Alberta.
- Serve as top-level customer contact for major customers, oversee customer service teams, and coordinate quoting and customer proposals and optimizing product mix across both facilities.
- Coordinate shop operations and field operations and quality teams.
- Maintain target sales backlog along with manpower and resources sufficient to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Coordinate ongoing customer approval efforts with support of the local and corporate new product teams.
- Closely collaborate with finance team to manage costs, forecast sales / profit, and drive overall financial performance.

**Requirements**:

- BS degree in business, engineering, or science.
- Minimum of 10 years of combined leadership, sales, and operations experience within the thermal spray or high precision machining sectors.
- Sales or technical experience with oil & gas, mining, refining, and/or petrochemical sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster external relationships and internal collaboration with Finance, Technology, Operational teams.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of managing financial objectives and targets within a technically-oriented business.
- This role will require on-site location within one of the Alberta facilities.
- Approximately 10% of expected travel
