Bevo Farms Ltd is the largest supplier of propagated plants in North America, providing greenhouses, field farms, nurseries, and wholesalers across the continent with healthy, vigorous, pest-and-disease-free plants. Bevo operates four facilities in the lower mainland of British Columbia and two facilities in the province of Alberta.

**SUMMARY**

The Floral Sales Coordinator will intimately support and guide the sourcing and sales processes for emerging sectors of Bevo’s floral business, primarily finished orchids and dormant hydrangeas. This position will report to the Director of Business Development.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete and communicate product quotes.
- Create and track sales orders.
- Issue PO confirmations, follow-ups, and regular communication as required.
- Onboard new customers.
- Support the rhythm of sales to delivery at all points.
- Track niche inventory in conjunction with inventory manager.
- Support purchasing efforts of new products.
- Provide support to special projects including analysis, data gathering, reports, sales pitches.
- Develop an excellent understanding of emerging product lines and the applicable broader market.
- Liaise with shipping department routinely to capture efficiencies and ensure orders arrive in a timely manner.
- Be prepared to support direct sales efforts in the future, including travel where required (including internationally).
- Support product and concept design.
- Other tasks as required.

**REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with ERP software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Time management.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
