Are you a junior lawyer with 1-5 years of experience in family law? Ready to take control of your career and grow your own practice—with support every step of the way?
We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial junior lawyer to join our firm under an income-sharing arrangement. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on mentorship, build your client base, and enjoy the freedom to choose your own hours and workload—all while we take care of the admin and back-office tasks.

**What You Bring**:
- 1-5 years of experience practicing family law
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- A strong desire to build your own practice with mentorship and firm support
- Professionalism, initiative, and excellent communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Pay: $50,443.18-$191,490.86 per year
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
**Experience**:
- articling: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Membership of the Law Society of Alberta (required)
