Drury Family Law, a leading Calgary boutique practice, is looking for a talented **Associate Lawyer** to join our growing team. We’re passionate about providing exceptional service in divorce, separation, custody, support, and property division matters—and we’re looking for someone who shares our dedication.

We know top talent deserves top rewards, so we offer **two competitive pay options**:

- **Base Salary + Performance Bonus** on collected billings, **OR**:

- **Straight Percentage Split** on collected billings

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage your own caseload of **family law files from start to finish**.
- Appear in **Court of King’s Bench,** **Provincial Court of Alberta,**and the **Alberta Court of Appeal**on motions, trials, and appeals.
- Conduct mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
- Draft **pleadings, affidavits, factums, and separation agreements**.
- Provide clear, compassionate legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 5 years** post-call family law experience.
- Member in good standing with the **Law Society of Alberta**.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently **and** thrive in a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills.

**Compensation**
- **Option 1**: Base Salary + Bonus on collected billings.
- **Option 2**: Straight Percentage Split on collected billings.

Both options offer **uncapped earning potential**.
