**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Attraction/Onboarding**
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires ensuring that new employees receive proper orientation and on-the-job-training.
- Work in collaboration with the admin team and managers to streamline and digitize the onboarding documentation process to enhance efficiency.
**Employee Engagement**
- Administer and analyse employee surveys to gather feedback on employee engagement
- Use survey data to identify trends, areas for improvement and implement targeted action plans.
- Manage the employee recognition program - highlighting employee successes and milestones. Coordinate distribution of awards, certificates and other forms of recognition.
- Support leaders with building their skills to enhance employee engagement within their teams.
**Learning & Development**
- Collaborate with leaders to ascertain training needs and design targeted, engaging and relevant instructional materials.
- Develop instructional materials, presentations and learning content that align with organizational goals and enhance employees skills, knowledge and performance.
- Conduct training sessions using various methodologies and techniques to engage employees and facilitate effective learning experiences.
**Talent Management**
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
**Employee Relations**
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns providing guidance. Escalate complex issues to Senior HR leader
- Respond to employee inquires related to policies, procedures and workplace concerns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
