Operations Officer

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Facility Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the community center and mosque facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any facility-related issues promptly.
**2. Event Coordination**:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate various community events, religious programs, and educational activities.
- Collaborate with different committees and community members to execute events successfully.
- Manage logistics, including setup, audiovisual equipment, and catering.
**3. Administrative Duties**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and equipment procurement.
**4. Financial Management**:
- Work closely with the finance team to monitor and manage the budget for operations.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and maintain financial records.
- Provide regular financial reports to the leadership team.
**5. Community Engagement**:
- Serve as a point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Foster positive relationships within the community and with external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with volunteers and committees to enhance community engagement.
**6. Technology and Communication**:
- Manage and maintain technology infrastructure, including computer systems and audiovisual equipment.
- Facilitate communication channels within the organization and with the community through various platforms.
**7. Compliance and Regulations**:
- Stay informed about relevant local regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Work with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and licenses.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (preferable in business administration).
- Preferred experience in operations management, preferably in a community or religious organization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Islamic practices and values.
- Familiarity with relevant local laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
