Are you looking for a new role as a Warehouse Technician? In this role, you will execute materials handling processes, including receiving, inspection, put away, storage, kitting and staging, issue, delivery and outbound shipping. You will also also executes inventory counting at our refinery in Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Minimum Requirements:

- Two years of experience in a warehouse setting
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as a forklift
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Warehouse journeyman or parts journeyman is a requirement
- Second year or first year apprentice is a requirement
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

- Deliver chemicals totes and various materials to designated areas onsite
- Complete inventory cycle counts in all areas of the warehouses
- Ensure the accurate and valid receipt of physically-received materials during delivery
- Manage the process of integrating the materials receipt into the inventory management system
- Label all materials before entering into the system and respective storage locations
- Visually inspect all materials and direct to quality assurance testing when required
- Pick and stage material accurately for authorization for expenditure and maintenance jobs
- Act as the frontline contact between the warehouse and other business units
- Load and offload material
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained in operating areas

Location and other key details:

- You will work out of our Edmonton refinery in Sherwood Park, located at 801 Petroleum Way
- You will 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
