Urban Improvements is a family owned and operated landscape maintenance company established in 1995. Our clients include residential (mostly for design/build), residential and commercial condo properties and industrial properties.

We provide year round maintenance, tree servicing work and landscape construction projects. We have a strong reputation with our property management companies and property owners as a company with high integrity that provides quality work.

We are looking to add to our team. If you are looking to work for a company that cares about its team members and possess the following qualifications, please come work for us.
- Experience with year round landscape maintenance + committed to providing high quality work
- Capable of performing physical labour in year round weather conditions
- Valid Ontario Glass G2 driver license or better with a clean drivers abstract
- Must have own transportation to/from shop
- Looking for year round employment
- Open to learning new skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$27.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
