**_Account Transfer Associate_**
**How does the role impact the organization?**
This role provides support to the branches and is responsible for ensuring client assets are received to or delivered from their Raymond James Account(s).
**What will your role be responsible for?**
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries for Account Transfers;
- Review and verify client information on transfer documents;
- Initiate the processing of new transfer documents, both ATON and non-ATON and related duties;
- Investigate and resolve rejected transfer issues;
- Follow up on and complete pending transfers; and
- Deposit cheques and update records accordingly.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures of securities industry and/or banking compliance;
- Previous experience with CDS and Arrow as related to ATON and CDSX, and other systems such as DTC and FundSERV; and
- Work within deadlines in a high-volume and demanding environment while maintaining a high level of service and an imperative attention to detail;
- Demonstrate a professional manner to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization;
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment;
- Communicate proficiently in French is an asset; and
- Exercise tact and discretion in the handling of confidential information.
**Educational/Previous Experience Requirements**
- A minimum of 3 years of industry related experience; and
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
