We're looking for an experienced, positive, and hard working individual to join our team of CounterPRO's who are dedicated to building relationships with our customers in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Davenports Auto Parts is a market leader in the distribution of auto parts, tools, equipment, accessories, paint, and industrial products in the areas we serve.

- Excellent knowledge of automotive parts, tools, & systems.
- Professional appearance and mannerism.
- Excellent communication skills; friendly & engaging.
- Ability to cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent computer skills required to source and research products at a fast pace.

**Requirements**:

- Automotive experience and knowledge within the aftermarket or OE
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone etiquette
- Problem solving attitude
- The ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task at a fast pace
- Desire to work cohesively as a team
- Desire to learn and grow with the company
- Proficient reading, writing and computer skills
- 3+ years of inside sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
