If you appreciate great beer, friendly faces, and creating memorable guest experiences, this could be the perfect fit.

**About Us**:
We’re a family-owned and operated microbrewery proudly brewing small-batch beer magic in a repurposed butcher shop right here in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia. Since 2014, we’ve been perfecting our craft and creating a space where community, creativity, and good taste come together. Our team is a mix of quirky, passionate folks who take their beer seriously, but never themselves.

**Your Role**:

- Be the smiling face that greets every guest
- Pour beer, wine, cider (and more)
- Master the fine art of keg changing and table bussing
- Keep our taproom sparkling clean (like gleaming-taps-and-polished-counters clean)
- Stock beer and merch like a pro (because everyone needs that limited-edition Tata Brew hoodie)
- Pack and prep online orders

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Outgoing humans who can charm a crowd and rock a one-on-one conversation
- Verbal and written communication wizards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but experience speaks volumes
- Self-starters who thrive without micromanagement and love a fast (and sometimes slow) paced vibe
- Team players who’ll jump in wherever needed
- Detail-oriented
- Professional yet approachable
- Physically ready to stand, walk, lift, and bend for up to 8 hours
- Experience in food, beverage, or retail? Major bonus points for you

**The Fine Print**:

- Must be legal age to serve alcohol in Nova Scotia
- Must reliably commute to or relocate to Tatamagouche, NS, B0K 1V0
