Our Spike drivers/crew leads play a vital role in our growing company. They are happy, hands on, hard working and know how to hustle. Our drivers/crew leads offer excellent customer service and honest work to our customers. They lead the truck team through a safe, happy and successful day, responsibly removing junk and thoroughly cleaning job sites as required. They follow the guidelines, problem solve, make plans to execute tasks and are detail oriented to maintain company standards. Requirements/Experience: - Customer service experience - Physically fit and able to lift 50lbs+ - Construction labour experience preferred/general knowledge of the construction process. - A valid G level driver's license and a clean driving record (3 demerit points or less) - Able to work weekdays and work full days (ie. 9.5-10.5 hours per day on average) - Drug-free - we are a drug-free workplace - Positive attitude and willingness and patience to lead a crew successfully **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Customer Service: Providing exceptional service and a great attitude 2. Junk Removal & Cleaning: Heavy and light lifting and removal of "junk" from client locations (ie. wood, drywall, concrete, and various construction debris) plus sweeping and vacuuming as needed. 3. Marketing: Enthusiastically advocate for our brand at every encounter 4. Safety: Commitment to the safe and professional navigation, and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers belongings **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Extended health care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay
