**Wanted: Part-Time Pizza Delivery Driver/Food Counter Attendant**

**IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE APPLYING: Delivery driver is expected to help out in performing restaurant duties when there are no deliveries.**

**Job details**:

- **Locations**:5251 48 Ave. SE, Calgary, AB
- **Salary**:$15.75 / hour, plus gratuities
- **Vacancies**:1 Open Position
- **Terms of employment**:Part-Time
- **Start date**:Dec. 2, 2024
- **Hours**:15-20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, daytime. Must be available to work as early as 9:00am until 2:00pm as shift may vary depending on pre-booked deliveries.

**Skill Requirements**:
**Education**:
Some high school

**Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)**:
Class 5 Driver's License

**Experience**:
Delivery driver experience required

**Languages**:
English

Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

**Specific Skills**:
Pick-up and deliver various items and products, Collect or make payments for goods, Load and unload goods, Plan travel schedules and routes, Use maps and other trip planning aids, Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle

**Additional Skills**:
Professionalism in customer service, Receive and relay information to central dispatch, Prepare, package and restock goods

**Food Counter Attendant Duties**:

- Maintain a clean, organized and positive work environment
- Assist in front and back of house functions for excellent customer service experience
- Support effective and positive communication with all staff members
- Accurate cash handling, order taking and order fulfillment
- Assist in preparation of ingredients and supplies as requested
- Maintain a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
- Report all unsafe, risk of injury and negative customer experiences to Restaurant and Assistant Managers
- Participate in any and all staff’s meetings pre, during or post shift
- Listen and report all guest feedback to Restaurant and Assistant Managers
- Safely use all equipment and follow all safety procedures
- Respectfully listen and follow the direction of any and all Managers and Supervisors
- Any other duties as required and requested by Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or VP of Operations

**Security and Safety**:
Driving record check (abstract)

**Own Tools/Equipment**:
Cellular phone / GPS

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:
Fast-paced environment

**Transportation/Travel Information**:
Valid driver's license, Delivery vehicle provided by employer but you should have your own vehicle as well as back-up for deliveries (gas allowance is provided if you will use your own vehicle)
