**RICKI’S / CLEO** **REGIONAL VISUAL SPECIALIST** **POLO PARK SHOPPING CENTRE - WINNIPEG, MB** **FULL TIME** As a Regional Visual Specialist with Ricki’s and cleo you will use your creativity and understanding of current styling trends, visual merchandising techniques to meet our product and customer strategies for each brand. You play a role in growing our brand, maximizing sales, and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience. **What You’ll Love** - Expand your closet with 50% off regular priced product - Feel and look your best with our fashion forward dress code - Be recognized with our length of service milestone career celebrations - Develop and grow with our training and development and our career advancement opportunities - Recognition for individual and team accomplishments - Mental health and life wellness supports for all team members - Comprehensive benefit plan for full time team members - Flexible scheduling and shifts **How You’ll Contribute** - Deliver brand fashion ability through the creation and execution of store visual merchandise presentation. - Implement Brand(s) visual standards, and seasonal merchandising plans to achieve a consistency of visual display. - Develops and communicates visual set-up techniques to enhance product, inventory levels, promotional strategies that support the brand(s) and customer shopping experience. - Prepares visual communication. - Establishes partnerships with Stakeholders to ensure visual presentation standards and direction are maintained for brand consistency. - Provides visual training. - Visual execution of Home Office set up store at assigned local store; new store openings as assigned. **Who You Are** - 3+ years of retail experience in visual capacity. - Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through fashion consciousness and commerciality. - Energetic, self-motivated, and results oriented. - Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. - Able to work independently while still working within a team environment. - Detail oriented and skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking. - Display a positive spirit and "can-do" attitude. - A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills. - Able to lift heavy objects; climb ladders. - Ability to travel within Manitoba, attend new store openings, and attend corporate meetings. **RICKIS’ STORY** From a single store in 1939 in Brandon, Manitoba, Ricki's has grown to become a destination for fashionable workwear.
