Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented people to join our team.

As an Wedding Assistant/Bartender, you will provide support to the management team and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clients wedding days.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the wedding world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in taking photos and videos of team leads working
- Coordinate and partake in online meeting with clients
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Provide support in setting up and taking down
- Assist in bartending shifts
- Prep bar
- Clean bar area
- Handle vendor needs
- Assist in set up tables and chairs
- Help couples get into place for ceremony
- Manage timeline of events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the Wedding or restaurant industry is a plus
- Proficient in using google docs
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Exceptional time management skills
- Must have experience with Bartending and vails proserve.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.75 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- ProServe (preferred)
