As a Hullo Deckhand, you'll play a key role in supporting the onboard crew, ensuring the highest levels of safety standards, and fostering a best-in-class **guest experience**. Our team operates two brand new state-of-the-art **Damen 4212 high-speed vessels**, purpose-built for reliability, efficiency, and speed. Your day-to-day duties will include operating and maintaining ship's safety equipment, handling lines, assisting with emergency duties, keeping lookout on the bridge, managing deck cleaning and ship's husbandry, performing vessel maintenance, providing food service, and interacting with guests both onboard and in the terminals.
