Album Studios is a West Toronto studio rental house for photography, videography and events. With over 12 years of experience and 3 studio locations, we achieve to offer the highest standard of customer service to our clients in commercial and editorial productions.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Interacting and responding to client needs, offering support on set if needed
- Answering the phone and liaising important details to the studio team
- Cleaning and maintenance within the studio and common areas after every booking (painting, organizing, restocking inventory, etc)
- Understanding studio logistics and company values
- Serving customers, arranging merchandise and processing small sales transactions
- Ensuring the studio is clean and shift notes are organized before closing and locking up

**Qualifications**:

- Customer Service experience (1 year)
- Self-sufficient with assigned tasks
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy items (in excess of 50lbs)
- Basic knowledge in Google Office and Microsoft
- Good written and verbal communication
- High School Diploma

Preferred but not mandatory:

- SmartServe Certification and/ or Drivers License
- Introduction to Photography and/or Events

**Required Availability**:

- Evenings and weekends
- Full day shift, on occasion (12 hours)
- Ability to travel to and work out of all studio locations (92 Geary Ave., 34 Cawthra Ave., 57 Rutherford Ave.)

Part-time position with opportunities in higher paid event shifts.
Expected to start as soon as possible.
