**About Us**
Gestion Zagora is a young and dynamic company specializing in property management. In operation for over 5 years, we currently own and manage multiple rental properties located primarily in **Montreal**, **the South Shore of Montreal**, **Gatineau**, and **Quebec City**. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team to reach new heights.

We are currently seeking a **full-time Residential Maintenance Technician** to join our property management team. You will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our tenants and the upkeep of our properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preventive Maintenance**: Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of equipment, such as HVAC systems and appliances.
- **Repairs**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond quickly and effectively to urgent maintenance requests to minimize inconvenience to tenants.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain detailed logs of work performed, maintenance reports, and inventory of replacement parts.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Follow all safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe living environment for residents.
- **Improvement Initiatives**: Identify and implement maintenance improvements to optimize operations and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with property managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Technical Skills**: Drywall installation, plastering, and painting required. Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC is a strong asset.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
- **Professionalism**: Reliable, organized, and responsible.
- **Time Management**: Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Autonomy**: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Salary**: Starting at **$40,000 per year**, based on experience
**Schedule**: 8-hour shifts
