**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

K.P.C. Energy Metering Solutions Ltd. is looking for a “**METER READER”** for our growing business. The Meter Reader is responsible for accurately reading and recording utility meters. Their work is essential for ensuring accurate billing and maintaining the integrity of utility service operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reading utility electric meters locally and download billing data with the use of specific software.
- Record readings and store data appropriately.
- Check meter installations for any damage, unauthorized connections, or defects to the metering equipment.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- Ability to work alone safely for most tasks.
- Punctual with scheduled appointments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to interact courteously and professionally with customers.
- Knowledge of safety practices for working in potentially hazardous environments.
- As this role involves fieldwork, a valid class G driver’s license with a clean record and reliable vehicle is required.

**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education in an electrical discipline an asset
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn Itron MV90 Interval Data Software
