**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled **Healthcare Liaison** to join our team in a hybrid role, combining remote flexibility with essential in-person community engagement. As a Healthcare Liaison, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, community healthcare partners, and facilities. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between seniors, their families, and our services—helping them understand how our care can enhance their lives.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Relationship Development**: Build and sustain relationships with local healthcare providers, community centers, senior-focused organizations, and families.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively connect with senior living communities, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant partners across the lower Mainland to establish referral networks and advocate for our services.
- **Client Consultation**: Meet with families and seniors to discuss care options, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure they receive the support they need.
- **Outreach & Marketing**: Represent Live Peace 24/7 at community events, health expos, and outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- **Client Management**: Maintain communication with current clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any evolving care needs.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Track outreach activities, client interactions, and feedback; provide regular reports on engagement efforts and referral networks.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Coordinate with care teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing support.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience in Healthcare Sales or Liaison Roles**: Prior experience in healthcare, senior care, or related sales roles is essential.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to convey empathy and understanding while effectively explaining services and care plans to families.
- **Relationship Building**: Skilled in developing and maintaining professional networks with healthcare providers, senior communities, and support organizations.
- **Knowledge of Senior Care Services**: Understanding of home care and healthcare services for seniors, including a commitment to meeting clients’ unique needs.
- **Multi-Linguistic Abilities (preferred)**: Ability to communicate with a diverse community is a plus.
- **Travel Flexibility**: Ability to travel throughout the lower Mainland for in-person meetings and events.

Pay: $2,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
