Burnaby, Canada Total Site Services Full time

**Assist Sales and Purchasing with**:

- Answering phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate department, and providing customers with assistance regarding their orders and inquiries.
- Updating drivers’ routes in the designated programs (no experience needed; training will be provided).
- Preparing sales quotes.

**Assist Accounts Receivable with**:

- Following up on collections from customers with past-due accounts.
- Responding to customer requests for statements, invoices, and other account-related information.
- Entering and posting customer payments accurately.
- Entering invoices into QuickBooks.
- Organizing and maintaining files.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, experience in customer service or accounting is considered an asset.
- Answer phone calls from customers and suppliers professionally.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Work both independently and within a team environment.
- Effectively use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Learn new routing and accounting software programs.
- Communicate effectively with employees at various levels and with customers.
- Adapt quickly to changes in the workplace, such as delays, accelerated deadlines, unexpected events, or reassigned duties.
- Exercise sound judgment within established procedures and policies.
- Identify and propose process improvements.

**Additional (Non-Required) Skills**:

- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Experience with RouteOptix.
- Ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
