The Sales, Meat & Poultry coordinates the sales effort with the Corporate Account Sales Manager and participates in achieving maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products and related services through a relationship based approach.

S/He personally contacts and secures business with new and existing customers and reports sales leads and obtained market intelligence to the Corporate Account / Territory Sales Manager. S/He communicates advantages over competitive products and promotes overall services i.e. preventive maintenance and parts contracts to the customer. The RSM keeps abreast of the company’s product portfolio and how it benefits the customer. S/He communicates market conditions and competitive activities to the Corporate Account / Territory Manager. S/He works closely with the service, project engineering, and development teams. S/He demonstrates products and services to existing / potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Qualifications and Experience: _
- Comprehensive understanding of the poultry industry and processing technology.
- Consult customers with their processing needs, professionally promoting the benefits of the company’s products and services.
- Continuously learn about new products and improve selling skills.
- Driven and self-motivated. Ability to work independently while effectively working and coordinating personal sales efforts with Sales Management.

- Ability to project a calm and professional demeanor regardless of the type of environment or type of customers and business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct and manage presentations comfortably in front of a wide range of audiences to promote BAADER equipment and process solutions.
- Strong customer service skills focused on solving problems quickly and effectively.
- Effectively communicates internally while avoiding friction and conflicts.
- Ability to accurately prepare equipment and project specifications.
- Embodies strong traits such as decision-making, problem solving and possessing good judgment.
- Exceptional task oriented organizational skills with major consideration to detail and high level of accuracy.

Years of Professional Experience : 3+ years in a commercial position preferably in the food industry
- Strong decision making ability
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Effective Communication Skills on all internal and external corporate levels
- Able to travel extensively as needed for the sales responsibilities
- Excellent and timely record keeping skills
