The District Manager contributes to the financial results of the store supporting store operations and human resource functions, continually striving to improve in-store and talent initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
To excel as a District Manager, you’ll have a strong foundation in people management and retail operations with sharp skills to support each store and its unique market by managing the inventory and merchandise assortment, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and the best in-store experience.
You’ll also have a passion for financial planning and analysis, working on seasonal budgets, sales targets and expense reductions to maximize sales and store revenues.
