**The Role**:
**What you'll do**:

- The MyRequest Support II Team Members are responsible for bringing properties live on various Third Party websites within our service level agreements
- The role involves researching and analyzing issues on third party websites as well as troubleshooting issues in the CRS; these responsibilities include building and maintaining all the information that describes each Wyndham branded hotel. Some functions are to update/review any static data, Standard rate plans, and inventory on the Online Travel Agents (OTA), Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and our own Central Distribution System (CRS)
- The MyRequest Support II Team Member also builds, updates, verifies and follows up on all assigned tasks in multiple systems
- You will make outgoing calls and are required to complete any projects dependant on the needs of the department

**You'll be successful if you have**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer centric and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
- Attention to Detail: Position requires meticulous and accurate communication/documentation

**Required Qualifications/Experience**:

- 1+ years professional experience working in the hospitality industry
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent job experience
