**Junior Product Owner**

**Reports to**: Head of Product Management

BluWave-ai is a groundbreaking artificial intelligence (AI) company that's transforming the energy industry. Our innovative grid energy optimization platform empowers customers worldwide to optimize renewable energy sources, battery energy storage systems, and electric vehicle (EV) charging. We are seeking a Junior Product Owner to join our team and drive the success of multiple product lines, including EV Everywhere, EV Fleet Orchestrator, and Smart Grid Optimizer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure that the product meets customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA, to deliver high-quality software products.
- Flesh out detailed use cases and specifications based on high-level descriptions.
- Work with UX and engineering management to add new use cases and augment existing ones for development on a rolling basis.
- Manage the product feature backlog in collaboration with sales management and project management.
- Collaborate with UX and engineering management to identify and solve problems at the design stage.
- Work with customers and project stakeholders to define high-level user stories and product specifications.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
- Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to drive the development process.
- Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the product specification and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in a related field (software development, engineering, computer science, consulting, business)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for AI, renewable energy, and electric vehicles is a plus.

**Optional Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a product-related, project management, or consulting-based role
- Experience designing dashboards and web UI’s.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
