We'll keep it real with you: everyone here likes to get after it and kick ass. Our group training program is made up of awesome people; our job is to help them move forward with being their fittest selves.

We run classes at 12, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm on weekdays, and 11am on Saturdays

One of our coaches is going to be taking a couple weeks of paternity leave sometime between the middle of December and early-to-mid January. You will be covering as many hours as you'd like of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, and the Saturday 11am. After that, some of those hours can be yours permanently-- which days and times are negotiable-- as well as Tuesday and Thursday evenings longer term.

You will also be able to train 1:1 clients outside of Group Training times; set your own hours and wages.

**Duties**
- Lead group fitness classes as needed, creating an engaging and motivating environment.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement; adapt on the fly to suit the diverse physical abilities of members
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to complement their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.

**Qualifications**
- Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning or personal training organization is required.
- Experience in teaching group fitness classes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong sense of humour; we're... a lot to deal with sometimes
