**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- **Licensed 310T Technicians** (or strong 3rd-year Apprentices)
- **Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic**:

- **Exceptional Mechanical Knowledge & Troubleshooting Skills**:

- **Ability to Work Independently & Take Initiative**:

- **Good Communication & Teamwork Skills**:

- **Comfort with Technology & Diagnostic Tools**:

- **Valid G-Class License (with a good driving record)**:

- **Experience with Equipment & Hydraulics (e.g., Manitou’s) is a Bonus**
