- As the Production Administrator, reporting to the Plant Manager, you are a key member of the organization and responsible for providing daily administrative support within the Production Department.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Provides administrative and logístical support for the production team and the manufacturing facility.
- Creates, updates, and maintains reports and documents, handles incoming calls, and files and processes mail.
- Ensures all time and attendance edits are made in the system, including but not limited to, absences, shift adjustments, overtime, etc.
- Gathers information and prepares data for manufacturing KPI’s (key performance indicators).
- Ensures inventory of office supplies and safety equipment is adequate and maintained.
- Works with HR to assist with payroll support to ensure accurate and on time completion of payroll.
- Deals directly with production personnel to help prepare and collect documents and forms.
- Maintains assorted lists, handles petty cash and support fund raising and community events.
- Assists cell leaders and production leadership in a wide variety of administrative tasks.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Two to five years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant or equivalent position.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Motivated self-starter with capabilities to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and possess initiative to seek improvements.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner across all levels of the organization.
- Able to work evenings and weekends as events or circumstances arise.
- Previous experience with Kronos, Access or Oracle would be considered an asset.
