**Twelve Oaks By Marquee** is seeking a**Part-Time Housekeeping Room Attendant** to join our team You have a keen eye for detail when cleaning and contribute to providing outstanding hospitality to our guests.

Individuals with prior cleaning experience are preferred, but we are always willing to train hardworking team players.
- Collaborate with the team to complete daily cleaning schedule.
- Clean and tidy rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, and common areas.
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Understand the guest's service needs and work cohesively with co-workers as part of the team.
- Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Empty trash bins.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Be able to communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Change linens and towels and replace toiletries.
- Restock cleaning supplies in the cart.
- Report any issues within the guest room(s) and/or common areas that require maintenance.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Previous hospitality industry experience an asset.
- Must be able to push and pull carts on a regular and continuous basis.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Physical stamina for being on your feet throughout shifts.
- Able to lift upwards of 25 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
- Time-management skills, hard working and a positive attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Vancouver, BC V6H3N3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
