**About the Job**
**The impact you’ll have**
- Manage a set of Digital Advertising accounts, ensuring a high level of customer service, account planning, and retention
- Manage all communications and projects associated with these accounts, including reporting on results and suggestions for improvements
- Raises campaign optimization opportunities and small changes to campaigns, focusing on urgent requests with edits or updates but working closely with the specialist teams to ensure campaign success
- Ensure campaigns are tracking and measuring properly, placing codes and generating goals within Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
- Create reports for campaigns, provide strategic insights, and present these on a recurring basis
- Answer questions from the partner and their clients about their Advertising campaigns and provide ongoing support
**The value you’ll bring**
- 2+ Years working in a customer service focused role
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Exemplifies an extremely high attention to detail and displays extreme ownership
- Experience creating and monitoring Paid Social Media campaigns and SEM campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google & Bing
- Experience with Paid advertisements on other social media platforms (such as Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat etc) considered an asset
- Can clearly communicate goals and objectives of a paid advertising campaign, and can effectively convey this information both between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel to effectively track and monitor campaign performance
- Commerce or Marketing degree or certification preferable
- Approachable and passionate problem-solver
