**The team you will be joining**:
Our Human Resources team is looking for their next colleague who will support the department partners in their efforts to support their internal clients. The diverse team is made up of a director and four human resources business partners located in Canada and in the United States. At Medicago, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the pharmaceutical industry and to collaborate on many different projects. Is this your next challenge?
**Your role**:
This person will play an integral role in assisting members of the Human Resources team with the company’s operational activities in Canada and in the United States. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees, data entry, setting up and maintaining records, and creating and distributing reports.** This hybrid position requires to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week.**
**What your days would look like**:
- Coordinate the preboarding and onboarding of new employees
- Facilitate the onboarding human resources training session
- Add, classify and maintain the digital employee files
- Participate in the compilation of HR key performance indicators thoughout the company's departments
- Keep up to date the disability and absence files and complete the appropriate documentation
- Perform data entry into the human resources systems
- Complete new hire and departure forms; and ensure that all required accesses are granted
- Ensure data integrity in HR systems by making all required changes to employee records (transfer, status, salary change, job descriptions, etc.)
- Create different documents according to requests, using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Participate in HR projets
***Your profile**:
- Your French is advanced and your English is intermediate (spoken and written)
- You have a minimum of one year of experience in supporting human resources, project coordination, or an equivalent administrative experience in a client-focused and fast-paced environment
- You master the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You excel in problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- You have the ability to multi-task and overcome ambiguity
- Your mind is focused on continuous improvement
