We have an exciting opportunity for a Certified Laser Technician to join our team at New West Laser MDs. We are a multidisciplinary med spa looking to expand our aesthetics practice. You are someone that is passionate about providing excellent service and care in our growing business. Must be motivated, a self starter and able to work both in a team like environment and independently.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- **Completing in depth and professional consultations with our clients and providing them with informative recommendations for their concerns
- Providing information to clients about contraindications, pre and post care, expectations, etc
- Work alongside management, physicians and injectors
- Maintaining up to date medical records including before/after pictures, history and treatment details
- Providing excellent care and treatments to our clients and following clinical guidelines in the form of laser treatments
- Stay up to date on current trends, changes, recommendations for medical aesthetics
- Preparing treatment rooms, maintaining a clean/sterile environment and ensuring inventory and supplies are maintained

**Job Type**:
Full Time (5 days a week)

**Salary**:
$25-$30/hour based on experience

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years working as an Aesthetician or Laser Technician
- Completion of a recognized Laser Technician course or program
- Experience with laser hair removal, IPL, fractional skin resurfacing and microneedling and facials
- Comfortable providing consultations and skin assessments
- Sound knowledge of medical grade skin care products an asset
- Strong organization skills, time management and problem solving
