**About Us**:
The Vancouver Lawn Tennis and Badminton Club is a prestigious and historic club that offers a unique blend of casual and fine dining experiences. We pride ourselves on exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our members and their guests. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced bartender to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service and a seamless dining experience.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies.
- Engage with members and guests to enhance their experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a bartender in a casual-fine dining atmosphere.
- Possess a valid Serving It Right certificate.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
