**NIKE SOCCER CAMP COACH - HIGH-PERFORMANCE SOCCER COACH (TEACHERS & COACHES WANTED)** **Are you a skilled soccer coach with a passion for developing elite young players?** Woodbridge Sports Dome is seeking **high-performance Nike Soccer Coaches** to lead our **Summer Nike Soccer Camps**. This is a **structured, outcome-driven program**—ideal for coaches and teachers who thrive in a fast-paced, skill-focused environment. **Position: Nike Soccer Camp Coach (High Performance)** As a **Nike Camp Coach**, you’ll train athletes to **elevate their technical, tactical, and mental game**through **structured, progressive training sessions**. This is not a recreational camp—you must **design detailed daily plans** with clear learning outcomes, ensuring players leave each day **better than they arrived**. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Daily Training & Player Development** - **Create and execute a high-performance weekly curriculum** (drills, small-sided games, tactical sessions). - **Design daily schedules (9AM-4PM)** with **clear skill objectives** for each block (dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, etc.). - **Provide real-time feedback** on technique, decision-making, and athletic performance. - **Player Evaluation & Growth** - Assess **individual strengths/weaknesses** and tailor coaching to maximize development. - Teach players **how to practice effectively**—focus, repetition, and self-correction. - Implement **Nike training methodologies** to enhance speed, agility, and soccer IQ. - **Session Planning & Structure** - Submit **weekly lesson plans** in advance, aligning with Nike’s performance standards. - Ensure **every drill has a purpose**—no "filler" activities. - Adapt sessions based on player progress and engagement. - **Leadership & Engagement** - Coach **groups of 10-30 players**, maintaining high energy and discipline. - Build **confidence, teamwork, and a competitive mindset**. - Communicate clearly with players, parents, and camp directors. - **Advanced soccer knowledge** - Deep understanding of **technical skills, tactics (4-4-2, pressing, build-up play), and modern coaching methods**. **-Proven coaching experience** - Youth competitive, academy, or rep-level coaching preferred. **-Lesson planning expertise** - Ability to **structure progressive, outcome-driven sessions**. **-Teaching/coaching background** - Teachers with soccer experience are a **great fit**. **-First Aid/CPR certification** (preferred). **-Reliable, punctual, and passionate** about developing players. **Camp Dates (Must Be Available for All 9 Weeks)** **Summer Camp**: 6-8 weeks (July-August, exact dates TBD) **Shift Details**: - **Typical Shift**: 8:30AM-4:15PM **-Location**: Woodbridge Sports Dome (7501 Martin Grove Rd) **Why Coach With Us?** - **Train athletes in a high-energy, professional environment.**: - **Use Nike’s training framework** to develop elite skills. - **Build your coaching resume** with structured, high-performance experience. **Job Type**: Seasonal (Summer) **Experience**: Competitive/recreational soccer coaching (2+ years preferred) **Compensation**: $20/hr **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal Pay: From $20.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Discounted or free food - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday Application question(s): - Have you ever coached a high performance soccer players before from the ages of 6-14? - Are you able to create a detailed session plan for each week of camp? - Are you available for all weeks of Summer? **Experience**: - Soccer: 4 years (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-06-30
