We are Looking to hire **Full-time / Part time Receptionist** to join our collaborative team in **Edmonton NW** This is great opportunity to work on a multidisciplinary team and learn from like-minded professionals

Excelsior Group of clinic is multidisciplinary clinic. We provide Physiotherapy Massage and Acupuncture services.
- We are looking for Full-time receptionist for a established physical therapy clinic. If you are friendly and outgoing and can work independently, come join our team
- Preparing, organizing and maintaining the charts used for daily appointments as necessary.
- Reports directly to the Administrator unless specified by the Clinic Manager
- May be required to supervise and train other support staff under the direction of the Administrator or Clinic Manager;
- Responsible for discharging files when appropriate;
- Ensures all information regarding clients are stored in a confidential, secure manner;
- Provides information as required to WCB, insurers, region and corporate groups;
- Provides back up and support to the Administrator and other clinics as may be required;
- Process payments as requested by the Clinic Administrator Assist with month end procedures
- Scheduling/booking appointment that align with the referral process
- Coordinate internal staff education specific to the clinics service streams
- Work with the Clinic Administrator to foster and develop new business and services contacts for the clinic as well as to maintain strong relationships with our current business contact
- **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- Warm, friendly telephone manner Customer service experience required, ideally in the service sector;
- Knowledge of the rehabilitation sector;
- Computer literacy (Windows and Excel) Ability to communicate well internally and externally;
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment
- Possible travel to other clinics as required
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Salary: $33,609.00-$53,573.00 per year

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
