**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Report on and manage daily management summaries and reporting requirements
- Create and foster a “team environment” within the work location
- Identify issues and propose/implement solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure initiatives are implemented; provide coaching, mentorship and support
- Train and develop the sales skills of team members to meet and exceed goals that have been set
- Build a team offering excellent customer service, allowing them to retain current tenants and capture all prospective leads
- Review key measurables with all team members and implement improvement plans
- Perform rent collection by collecting, monitoring, and delivering outstanding balance notices, evictions, NSF notices and follow up
- Ensure that a superior level of co-operation, service and support is provided to tenants
- Assist in resolving tenant complaints and concerns in a timely fashion with a view to driving resident retention through a superior level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure both electronic and physical tenant files are maintained and up to date
- Assist with lease administration, managing office supplies, couriers, staff IT and phone needs, administer the process for contractor documentation
- Prepare and issue evictions, complaints and resident notices as needed
- Formulate and dispatch tenant letters and prepare additional correspondence as necessary
- Create and schedule work orders for site repairs as needed
- Respond to day-to-day inquiries from residents, service providers and contractors

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- **Background in developing a sales team that meets or exceeds goals**:

- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in customer service, property management or hospitality including hotel management experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adeptly work with a variety of software platforms
- A Driver's License with a clean abstract and reliable vehicle is required
- Must complete & pass a criminal record check
