**About us**

The Kiwi Motel is a small Boutique Motel in Grand Bend. We are looking for a part time maintenance person who is able to carry out a variety of task.

**Responsibilities**:
Be able to fix things as they come up, over all maintenance over the motel, small fix it jobs as well as larger ones.

We are looking for someone able to build, fix and who is generally handy.

The hard working person we are looking for will take care of the Motel property as well as our cottages including maintaining the pool and hot tubs, cutting the grass as well as snow removal in the winter.

Must have a valid G2 license and your own transportation

Must be local and available for off-hours emergencies

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.55-$21.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

Pay: $17.09-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
